Terms and Conditions

1. A minimum stay of 4 days is required.
2. All rates are including 7% room tax and 9% local sales tax.
3. After receipt of your reservation form, we will charge a 25% of the total amount as a deposit, for last minute bookings (21 days before arrival) we will charge the full amount.
4. In case of cancellation the following terms will apply:
   – up to 30 days of arrival: 25% of total amount
   – within 30 to 7 days of arrival: 50% of total amount
   – up to 28 hours of arrival: 75% of total amount
   – no show: full charge
   We reserve the right to charge the cancellation fee to your credit card, in case of a cancellation within 7 days of arrival or later.
5. Customers are liable for damages they cause to All West Apartments and Diving property.
6. Diving certification and logbook must be shown upon arrival – no diving without such certification.
7. If not agreed different guests will be pick up at the airport (please look for a sign in front of the arrival hall either saying your name or All West) and be brought to the apartments. When departing guests will be picked up at the apartments and dropped off at the airport.

Additional terms and conditions of diving courses

• 2-person minimum is required for pre-booked courses. Single bookings will have added 25%.
• Before booking, the customer must verify boat diving availability as well as starting dates for courses, keeping in mind that there should be a 24-hour time period between the last dive and flying time.
• Customers are required to fill out a medical questionnaire prior to starting a PADI course. The customer will be responsible for the costs associated with any medical consultation needed to obtain a medical release.
• GO WEST Diving requires that all certified divers complete a welcome dive before diving from the boat. Welcome dives with a buddy without a guide are for free. Welcome dives with a guide, or as a complete refresher course based on level of diving experience need to be paid for. Experience will be assessed at the time of registration.
• Boat diving packages include weights and unlimited air during package days only.
• Courses include free use of rental equipment on course days.
• Diving packages include free use of lockers, showers and rinse facilities.
• GO WEST Diving reserves the right to refuse service.

Additional terms and conditions concerning car rental

1. The renter is required to have a current driver’s license and to be at least 24 years.
2. All types of cars are all risk insured with a deductible of US$450. Should it be desired to circumvent the deductible, it is required to add it for the booking and an extra
   US$16/per day will be charged.
3. In case that the car gets stolen the deductible of US$ 450 will be charged to the customer, the rest is covered by insurance. If the car is stolen during the night in front of the All West Apartment the deductible will not be applied.
4. All West Apartments and Diving will deliver the car clean, fully tanked and with all required additional equipment (spare tire, medic first aid kit, tool kit) to the Apartments, where an employee of All West Apartments and Diving will inspect the car together with the customer.
5. The customer needs to deliver the car fully tanked at the apartments, if it’s not different agreed with one of the All West Apartments & Diving employees. If the car shows any damages or any equipment is missing it will be charged to the customer.
